Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Developer

Immediate need for a talented Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Developer. This is a 04+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Nashville, TN (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $90 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, functional analysis
• Proficiency in Guidewire products, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, ProducerEngage, and ContactManager.
• Ability to effectively facilitate workshops with client business teams to gather and document requirements.
• Strong skills in creating and updating functional story cards and mapping documents.
• Experience in adhering to change control procedures and managing updates based on testing feedback.
• Ability to identify, manage, and communicate risks and dependencies related to project deliverables.
• Extensive experience working with Guidewire products, particularly in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Proven track record in functional analysis and documentation for software implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops for personal umbrella and commercial umbrella lines of business.
• Travel is required for the position, from Monday to Thursday onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.
