Sycamore Life Sciences — Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

Overview

Sycamore Life Sciences is seeking a driven and detail‐oriented operations specialist to support key initiatives across operations, commercial strategy, and digital engagement. This role is designed for a student or early‐career professional interested in life sciences, business operations, and modern commercial workflows. The intern will work closely with leadership and cross‐functional teams to strengthen internal processes and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support
• • Assist with day‐to‐day operational tasks, including inventory coordination, order tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Support documentation updates, SOP organization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Help maintain accuracy across internal systems and product records.
• Commercial & Customer Engagement
• • Support outreach efforts to customers and partners, including email follow‐ups and promotional communication.
  • Assist with preparing sales materials, product summaries, and customer‐facing resources.
  • Help track customer inquiries and coordinate responses with the commercial team.
• Digital & E‐Commerce Assistance
• • Update product listings, specifications, and promotional items on the Sycamore website.
  • Assist with catalog accuracy, SKU updates, and digital asset organization.
  • Support basic analytics on website traffic, product performance, and customer behavior.
• Marketing & Content Coordination
• • Contribute to social media planning, content drafts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with email marketing efforts, including drafting announcements and tracking engagement.
  • Help maintain consistency across digital channels and brand materials.
• Special Projects
• • Support cross‐functional initiatives related to commercial strategy, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Participate in research projects, competitive benchmarking, and market insights.
