Overview CORT Events is seeking a Customer Admin to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! The Customer Service I provides essential administrative support to the Client Services Consultant, outside sales teams (Account Executives, Strategic Business Development Executives and Strategic Account Managers), and Customer Service Representative IIs. This role is responsible for managing assigned administrative tasks, preparing and processing sales quotes and orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the department. The Customer Service I ensures a positive customer experience by handling order entry, data management, and routine client communications, allowing Client Services Consultants and Customer Service Representative IIs to focus on direct client service and issue resolution. Pay: $20 per hour. Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm. Maintain and update customer records and interactions in Salesforce. Check product/labor availability, verify order details, and follow up with clients or internal teams as needed. Gather and organize information required for Operations to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Verify payment and order confirmation to ensure accurate processing in Sales and Operations software. Assist with organizing and submitting accounting forms and other documentation. Learn and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the role. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving routine administrative issues. Contribute to team efforts by assisting coworkers as workflow fluctuates. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year Customer Service or Administrative Support experience Previous Salesforce experience required Solid time management and self-organizational ability; able to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrate exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
