What We Are Seeking Clouse Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. This role will reward someone who is organized, conscientious, detail-oriented, has a strong sense of pride in their work, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Utilize Applied Epic (AMS) to maintain accurate records and ensure all client requests, policy changes, and service activities are processed efficiently and in compliance with agency standards. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and client-facing documents. Provide submission and marketing support by gathering underwriting information, preparing applications, and coordinating with carrier partners. Obtain, review, and document loss runs to support account servicing, renewals, and marketing efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
