Job Title: Manager, Gross to Nets
Location: Hybrid |Bridgewater, NJ
Schedule: 1st
Pay: $90-$110
Long term 6 month assignment

Position Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the US Controller’s team. This hybrid role is responsible for supporting Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting activities for branded and generic ophthalmology operations. The Manager will oversee critical month-end and quarter-end accounting processes, including review and approval of accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve month-end and quarter-end manual journal entries, including GTN accruals, reclassifications, and true-up entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and conduct product-level roll-forward analysis of GTN balance sheet accounts and system interfaces. Identify, investigate, document, and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Assist with analysis, reporting, and posting of quarterly actual versus estimate true-up adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience with GTN accounting in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
