Multifamily Compliance Specialist: Affordable Housing Programs

Harbor Group Management Company seeks a Multifamily Compliance Specialist to ensure LIHTC, HOME, HUD, Section 8, and County programs compliance across properties. You will review certifications, recertifications, and preparations for audits while guiding onsite teams on procedures. Responsibilities include certification and file management, program compliance, on-site support, training, and reporting.
