Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

• Ensuring the Delivery of Effective, High-Quality Nursing Care
• Collaborating with Residents, Families, and Interdisciplinary Teams to Develop Personalized Care Plans
• Implementing Care Plans with a Resident-Centered Focus
• Utilizing Available Resources for Counseling and Discharge Planning
• Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals to Adjust Care Plans Based on Changing Needs

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York
• Current CPR Certification
• Basic Computer Skills
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home Experience
• Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor Experience
• Onboarding Documents: A Photo ID, a Copy of Your Nursing License, Social Security Card, and Bank Account Are Required for This Role
