As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BCBA to lead our home-based ABA therapy services in Boston, MA.

About the Role:

As a BCBA , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of individuals with ASD, providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a home-based setting. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with ASD in a home-based setting

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress

• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of therapy strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and new technologies to continuously improve services

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
