BCBA – In-Home ABA Opportunity

About the Role:

As a BCBA at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for providing in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will work closely with our team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing behavioral plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home ABA therapy services to clients with ASD, ages 2-21

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral assessments and data collection

• Collaborate with RBTs and families to implement treatment plans and provide ongoing support

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavioral plans to address client goals

• Maintain accurate and complete records of client progress and service delivery

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and expertise

• Stay up-to-date with industry research and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• BCBA certification

• 0 years of experience (Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for in-home services)
