Financial Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

About the role Ready to operate at a higher level? We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. As a Financial Analyst you'll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis, drafting Offering Memorandums, and providing other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. This role will support the US West Coast region. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details, you are a problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results. In this role, you will Underwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and Excel. Partner with multiple brokers, deal teams and producers across asset classes including Commercial, Office, Industrial, Multi-family, Retail, and Tenant representation/Leasing. Analyze historical operating statements, budgets, leases and loan agreements, as well as current market conditions to determine financial underwriting assumptions. Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow, including ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities. Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analyses to influence lease/purchase decisions and deliver exceptional client service. Communicate effectively and support client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches; collaborate in a team environment. Excel in a fast-paced setting with high accuracy in financial analysis. What you bring 3–5 years of commercial real estate underwriting and modelling experience Knowledge of ARGUS Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling fluency High accountability and strong judgment Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field Ability to manage multiple live deals without losing detail Area/Location Seattle, WA and Portland, OR Compensation Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $74,079 to $78,000 Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision, as well as employer-paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees can enroll in the company 401k plan with employer match. Paid time off includes 10 days sick leave, a minimum of 15 days vacation annually, 10 paid holidays, and two personal flex days. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Twelve weeks of paid parental leave for birth parents and four weeks for non-birth parents after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Benefits may vary by state law and eligibility. Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
