CRE Financial Analyst - Capital Markets & Modeling

Colliers is seeking a Financial Analyst for their Capital Markets team in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. In this onsite role, you will provide expert financial analysis, underwrite assets, and support transaction management with strong analytical acumen. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and be skilled in ARGUS and Excel. Additionally, you will develop financial models and collaborate with multiple brokers across various asset classes.
