General Manager — Rooster Ridge Car Care (Houston, TX) Full-time | On-site | $60,000–$75,000 base + performance bonus Lead a business, not just a shop. What You’ll Own The full performance of the shop: team, customer experience, and P&L Coaching and developing service advisors and technicians into a high‑performing team Sales growth, customer retention, and our reputation in the community Daily operations — scheduling, workflow, quality, and safety A direct line to company leadership, with weekly metrics and a voice in how we grow Who Thrives Here High‑energy leaders who set the tone for an entire building every single day Natural coaches — you develop people and hold them accountable without losing them Owners at heart: you treat the business like it's yours, because here, it functionally is Strong customer‑first instincts; you build trust fast and handle hard conversations with confidence Hungry to learn — the automotive industry is learnable; great leadership is rare Automotive or multi‑unit experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric or similar) is a bonus.
