Primary Care Physician

Our client is a well-established healthcare provider in Monsey, NY seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with strong clinical support and a stable patient base.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct routine physicals, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive health

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $300,000+ (commensurate with experience)
