We're an insurance-based practice growing across Tennessee, and we're looking for a therapist near Nashville to join our team — though if you're somewhere else in TN, let's talk anyway. We offer psychological testing, IOP/PHP, Spravato/IM Ketamine, TMS, psychotherapy, group therapy, and general psychiatry— often all under one roof. You're fully licensed in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT) and ready to practice independently — but that doesn't mean you want to work in isolation. That means assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, progress notes, and regular collaboration with the broader care team. You’ll keep your documentation timely and accurate in our EMR, maintain your licensure, and show up as a thoughtful, engaged member of the team. Requirements What we're looking for on paper Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) — we're also open to those with provisional licensure who can work under supervision! Prior experience providing mental health services preferred BLS Certification preferred Comfortable with EMR systems and standard tech tools HIPAA-savvy and committed to ethical, patient-centered practice A few things we'll ask when you apply What license(s) do you hold in Tennessee?
