Role Description The Team Leader is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Indian Wells / Coachella Valley, CA, responsible for leading and developing a high‑performing real estate office. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and supporting agents, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics to drive growth in production and profitability. The Team Leader will facilitate training sessions, implement Keller Williams systems and models, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. This role also involves coordinating with regional and corporate leadership, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. The Team Leader will actively participate in strategic planning, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement to enhance brand presence and agent success. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team development, performance coaching, and conflict resolution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with agents, staff, and clients. Proven experience in sales or real estate, with an understanding of local market trends and business development. Organizational and time management skills to oversee office operations, training schedules, and recruitment activities. Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and data‑driven decision making to support agent productivity and office growth. Ability to build a positive, inclusive culture that supports diverse agents and staff members. Relevant professional license or eligibility to obtain a real estate license in California is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
