The Opportunity

We’re building a high-growth childcare company focused on connecting families with an exceptional network of trusted caregivers with healthcare backgrounds.

We’re looking for an RN or NP in Nashville to join our early team as our Nashville Market Lead.

This is not a traditional nursing role. We’re looking for someone who is extremely personable, high-energy, hardworking, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help build a company.

You'll play a critical role in preparing Nashville for launch, building our local caregiver and partner networks, and developing the operating playbook that can ultimately be used as the company expands into additional markets.

Because of the early-stage nature of the role, this position includes significant equity compensation and the opportunity to grow into a much larger leadership role as the company scales.

The role is designed to begin at approximately 15–20 flexible hours per week , making it possible to get involved at an early stage without immediately leaving an existing clinical or professional role.

What You'll Do

You'll take a hands-on role in building the Nashville market and laying the groundwork for future markets, including:

• Recruit and build relationships with nurses and other healthcare professionals interested in joining our caregiver network
• Develop relationships with daycares, preschools, schools, parent organizations, and other community partners
• Build awareness throughout Nashville's parent and healthcare communities
• Talk directly with families and caregivers to understand their needs and help shape the experience
• Identify and pursue creative local partnerships and growth opportunities
• Work directly with the founding team on growth, operations, strategy, and product
• Develop recruiting, partnership, and operating processes that can be replicated in future markets

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend much more time talking to people, building relationships, recruiting, experimenting, and executing than sitting in meetings or creating presentations.

• Entrepreneurial. The uncertainty and opportunity of building an early-stage company excites you.
• Dependable. When you say you're going to do something, it gets done.
• Low ego. You're willing to think strategically one minute and do whatever unglamorous work needs to get done the next.

You should also:

• Be a licensed RN or NP
• Live in the greater Nashville area
• Be able to consistently dedicate approximately 15–20 hours per week initially
• Be comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Startup or sales experience is not required . We're much more interested in your personality, drive, work ethic, and ability to make things happen than having the perfect résumé.

Firsthand experience navigating daycare, school, babysitters, or other childcare as a parent can be especially valuable.

Compensation & Growth

This is an entrepreneurial early-stage role designed to create meaningful alignment with the company you're helping build.

The compensation package includes:

• Significant equity compensation
• Meaningful participation in the economics of the Nashville market
• The opportunity for responsibilities and compensation to grow substantially as the company scales

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly compensation during the initial pre-launch phase , so the role is best suited for someone who already has another source of income and wants to build something alongside their existing career.

Nashville is the immediate focus, but the opportunity is much larger. The systems, recruiting strategies, partnerships, and operating processes developed here will help establish the framework for future markets.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow from Nashville Market Lead into a broader leadership role helping launch and oversee additional markets.
