This role supports the daily administration and operations of trust and fiduciary accounts while partnering closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career within trust, wealth management, or financial services operations.Key Responsibilities:Support the administration and maintenance of trust and fiduciary accountsProcess account activity, transactions, distributions, and documentation accurately and timelyCoordinate with internal departments, investment teams, attorneys, and third-party vendors as neededReview trust documents and account records for completeness and complianceAssist with account openings, closings, transfers, and ongoing account servicingMonitor account activity and complete operational tasks in accordance with established policies and proceduresRespond to client and advisor inquiries while providing a high level of customer serviceMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirementsAssist with special projects and operational initiatives as assignedQualifications:2+ years of banking operations experience requiredExperience within trust operations, trust administration, wealth management, private banking, deposit operations, treasury services, or financial services operations preferredStrong understanding of banking procedures, documentation, and account servicingExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including ExcelAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentTrust operations experienceExperience supporting fiduciary, estate, or investment accountsExposure to trust accounting systems or wealth management platformsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldPay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
