Insight & Data Analyst - Hybrid Contract (SQL, Python)

Overview Sr. Technical Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition… Job Title: Insight Analyst/ Insights Program Manager/Data Analyst/ Duration: 11 months Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 hourly (note: pay rate may range from 82% - 100% based on location) Location: HYBRID - NYE - Onsite 2 days required Responsibilities Support Tickets 50% of the time with tickets that are technical in nature (approximately 20-40 tickets/week). Use Jira for ticketing and issue tracking; work with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc.). Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience; communicate effectively with stakeholders. Utilize SQL and Python to diagnose why tools are failing and implement fixes (SQL and Python are must). Work with data visualization tools and manage related data tasks. Possess experience in customer service, advertising, and project management (a plus). Qualifications Good SQL and Python; ability to diagnose tool failures and implement fixes. Experience with Jira for ticketing and data visualization; familiarity with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in customer service, advertising, and project management is a plus.
