Showroom Manager

Starting Pay Range: $75,000+ base, plus performance-based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary Granite Works Stone Design is seeking a driven and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends high-level sales leadership with operational oversight, requiring a strong understanding of the countertop industry, including production and procurement processes. The Showroom Manager will oversee showroom performance, support and develop the sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and installation teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage all showroom operations, ensuring a high-performing and professional sales environment Drive showroom sales performance through active selling, coaching, and accountability Assist walk-in clients and oversee incoming sales inquiries related to luxury stone countertops Serve as a senior point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through installation Train, mentor, and develop showroom sales staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience Build and maintain relationships with designers, builders, and trade professionals Oversee quoting, pricing accuracy, and CRM (HubSpot) usage to ensure proper documentation and follow-up Collaborate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability, timelines, and job readiness Manage showroom displays, organization, and overall presentation of materials Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales metrics to drive continuous improvement Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom events Ensure all jobs are set up for success by aligning customer expectations with production capabilities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in countertops, construction, or home improvement Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of stone products (granite, quartz, marble) and the countertop process from templating through installation Experience with production coordination, procurement, or job flow is highly preferred Proven ability to drive sales performance and coach team members Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability Benefits Free $15,000 Life Insurance Policy on Day One 401k with Company Match Paid-Time Off and Paid Holidays Company Clothing Store with Free Annual Credits Employee Appreciation Events and Happy Hours Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift 20 lbs Granite Works Stone Design is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr GW Home Solution
