Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Waukegan, IL About the Agency Manuel Torres has been a State Farm agent since 2001 and is recognized as a Chairman’s Circle Agent, Great Lakes Leader Club Agent, and Ambassador Travel qualifier. The agency serves the Waukegan and Chicagoland community from its Washington Street location and offers Spanish‑speaking support, evening and weekend appointments, and home appointments by request. This established presence creates a strong platform for a sales professional who wants to grow in a competitive environment. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills. Reliable, consistent, and dependable work habits. Competitive drive with a strong desire to win. Coachability and willingness to apply feedback. Strong relationship‑building and closing skills. Self‑motivation, urgency, and follow‑through. Comfort working in a fast‑paced sales environment. Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and follow‑up. Build trust with Spanish‑speaking and bilingual customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Maintain accurate records and track sales activity. Collaborate with the team to support agency goals and client satisfaction.
