Location: Dutchess County, NY - Local travel with mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, Days - Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day medical care with an RN
• Advocate with families, doctor's offices, pharmacies and fellow team members.
• Maintain electronic health records
• Train and support direct care staff
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Valid NYS practical nursing license and driver's license required. Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
