Department: Human Resources Reports to: Human Resources Manager Status: Full Time - Direct Hire Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm-11:30pm (Days off are Sunday & Monday) Jones Networking is recruiting for a bilingual Human Resource Assistant to join a growing manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. The HR Assistant supports in all functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Bilingual HR Assistant Position Summary: Assist the Human Resources Team with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department. Support HR related training. Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency. Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records. Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and assist with new employee on-boarding. Support team members and management with questions regarding general employment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Provide support to employees in various topics such as leaves, compensation, payroll, workers' compensation, etc. Qualifications Summary: Minimum two years of Human Resources experience working with non-exempt employees and supporting HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages. Experience providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ADP software is a plus. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Ability to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
