Are you a highly organized and motivated professional looking for Human Resources? We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
What You'll Do:
This position is a key part of our team, providing essential support for daily operations while preparing you for a future in HR. Your responsibilities will include:
- HR Administration: Assist with core HR tasks, including data entry, maintaining employee records, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Operational Support: Handle a variety of administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files to ensure our department runs smoothly.
- Initial Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing courteous and timely assistance or directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
