Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and cultivate leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
- Coordinate and conduct home showings and property inspections.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the most advantageous price under the best terms.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Remain updated about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick thinker with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Active Real Estate License
