Shift Schedule & Pay: Monday to Friday from 6:30AM - 3:00PM Starting Hourly Rate: $24.29, plus extraordinary benefits! Key Responsibilities As a warehouse associate your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from our suppliers, shipping product to our customers, openings boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, use a bar code scanning device, operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment. Other tasks can include: * Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis. * Working in excess of 20 - 30 feet off floor level is common. * Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment. * Housekeeping - Sweeping, Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, Maintain cleanliness of work area. * Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away. * Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received. * Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse. * Concepting parts to fit location. This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross-train by working in any area need it based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs. Experience Required An ideal candidate for this position must: * be 18 years or older to apply. * be able to speak, read and understand basic English. * have basic computer knowledge - knowledge of Click System a plus! Preferred Qualifications A bonus applicant will have: * minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment. * minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: forklift, order selector, reach truck.
