Immediate need for a talented Designer II. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN(Onsite). Job ID: 26-27553 Pay Range: $75000 - $80000/annum. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural design and construction documents in Revit. Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams. Support projects from programming through construction administration. Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability requirements. Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings. Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues. Support QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections. Mentor and guide junior staff. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Must have skills: - Revit, BIM, Architectural Construction Documentation, Building Codes & Code Compliance, Constructability & Project Coordination. 4+ years of relevant architectural experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical degree. Strong Revit and BIM experience. Strong knowledge of architectural documentation, building codes, and constructability. Experience with project coordination and construction documentation. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred: Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, LEED AP/WELL AP.
