Desarrollo de campañas de marketing*** Trabajar con diferentes equipos de la empresa en la elaboración de **briefs de marketing** y en el análisis profundo de las necesidades y características de los clientes.* Transformar las necesidades comerciales en **campañas de marketing concretas**.* Desarrollar estrategias creativas basadas en datos e insights.* Definir las audiencias objetivo.* Generar ideas creativas.* Planificar campañas **omnicanal**.* Definir métodos para evaluar los resultados de las campañas.### **2. Creación y gestión de contenidos*** Supervisar la creación de contenido tanto interno como externo, incluyendo: + Piezas visuales. + Videos y contenido audiovisual. + Emails. + Redes sociales. + Otros materiales de marketing.* Asegurar que todo el contenido se produzca de acuerdo con los **plazos establecidos**.* Garantizar que los materiales respeten las **guías de marca** y las estrategias comerciales.### **3. Storytelling y construcción de marca*** Desarrollar el **storytelling de la marca GenScript LSG** a través de las diferentes campañas.* Mantener consistencia y continuidad estratégica entre las distintas campañas y formatos.* Amplificar el contenido a través de múltiples **puntos de contacto con la audiencia**.### **4. Gestión y optimización de campañas*** Optimizar los procesos de planificación y gestión de campañas.* Mejorar las herramientas utilizadas por el equipo de marketing.* Garantizar la producción e implementación de materiales de campañas y eventos con **alta calidad y dentro de los plazos establecidos**.### **5. Análisis y optimización*** Supervisar el progreso de las campañas.* Analizar la efectividad de las acciones de marketing.* Crear **informes de resultados**.* Proponer recomendaciones y mejoras para optimizar las campañas.### **6. Gestión del equipo*** Supervisar la participación y desempeño del equipo de campañas de marketing.* Contribuir al desarrollo de sus capacidades.* Evaluar su rendimiento.* Motivar e inspirar al equipo.---# **Requisitos*** Título universitario de **Bachelor’s degree o superior**. La carrera específica no está limitada.* **5+ años de experiencia laboral**.* Al menos **2 años de experiencia relacionada con estrategia y ejecución de campañas de marketing**.* Se valora experiencia o formación en la industria **biomédica o biotecnológica**.* Conocimiento del proceso y las metodologías de: + Planificación de campañas. + Ejecución de campañas. + Análisis de campañas.* Conocimiento de **canales y estrategias de marketing digital**.* Se valora experiencia planificando y ejecutando **eventos online y presenciales de gran escala**.* Fuertes capacidades de: + Análisis de mercado. + Pensamiento estratégico. + Análisis de datos.* Excelentes habilidades de: + Organización. + Coordinación. + Comunicación.* Capacidad para conversar y coordinar planes con diferentes partners y áreas, como: + Product Managers. + Regional Marketers. + Canales de EMKT. + Otros equipos internos.* Capacidad para gestionar **múltiples objetivos, proyectos y tareas simultáneamente** y cumplir con los plazos.* **Inglés hablado fluido** y excelentes habilidades de lectura y escritura.
