PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (0.6–1.0 FTE) – Detroit Lakes, MN. The Detroit Lakes campus seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our team and provide exceptional healthcare to an ever-growing community and region.

Practice Details

Open to a variety of FTE opportunities. Example: full-time (1.0 FTE) equals 36 patient contact hours. Typical schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8a.m.‑5p.m. Based in Detroit Lakes, MN with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen Clinics. Average clinic patients per day: 14‑18, depending on patient type. Pediatric call approximately 1:6, weekends (1 day per week of peds call, one weekend every six weeks); hospitalist service in place.

BC/BE in Family Medicine.

Compensation

Base salary: $323,400. Candidates may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
