As an associate account manager, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our talented team of account managers to support their day-to-day functions, both in the office and in the many communities they serve north of Boston. You will gain exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate management, including lease transactions, client improvement projects, client relations, and much more.

Associate account managers who demonstrate sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and solid problem-solving skills will have the chance to manage their own portfolio - including regular and rewarding client interactions - with the opportunity to expand their portfolios and assume additional responsibilities. Experience in commercial real estate is not required for this position.


Candidates must be able to work on site. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

The preferred candidate will possess:

• Three years of business experience
• A verifiable history of personal accomplishment
• Talent for managing multiple tasks and your own time in a fast-paced environment
• Extraordinary drive, work ethic, astuteness, enthusiasm, motivation, and persistence
• Keen curiosity to understand how Cummings works as a design/build/operate firm
• Professional written and verbal communication and top organizational skills
• Aptitude for collaborating and helping others

The annual salary range is $50,000 - $80,000.


Please note: The base salary represents just one component of the Company's comprehensive compensation package. In addition to base pay, employees may qualify for variable compensation, which can include unlimited performance-based bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities.
