Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader

Lead sourcing execution and supplier performance for aftermarket demand, ensuring on‑time delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the key link between procurement, sales, and customers in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. Reports to the Sourcing Manager. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Buyers, establishing structure, accountability, and high performance. Own sourcing and fulfillment execution, translating supplier commitments into on‑time delivery and material availability. Drive supplier performance through competitive bidding, escalation, and proactive risk management for delivery and lead times. Act as a customer‑facing procurement leader, partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, and internal stakeholders to meet urgent customer needs. Collaborate with OEM (Prime) sourcing teams to align supply base priorities and improve overall procurement performance. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead and develop teams while operating in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally. Experience in aftermarket, customer‑facing, or sales‑adjacent roles, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), and supplier management processes.
