Remote Telehealth RN Case Manager - Care Coordination

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an RN Case Manager, Telehealth to improve members health through telehealth outreach and clinical programs. The role supports remote engagement with members and prescribers, with potential placements in St. Louis, MO or Brentwood, TN; remote associates are welcome.
Responsibilities include developing clinical algorithms and scripts, updating guidelines, coordinating with providers, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while coaching staff on program outcomes.
