Public Relations Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and personable Public Relations Assistant to support public-facing initiatives, help prepare informational materials, and contribute to a consistent and professional company image. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people, organizing information, and supporting activities that build positive relationships with the public. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing approved public relations and informational materials. Support promotional events and public-facing company activities. Help communicate company services, initiatives, and key information to relevant audiences. Maintain organized materials and records related to public relations activities. Coordinate with team members to ensure messaging remains clear and consistent. Assist with welcoming guests and responding to general questions at events. Gather feedback and share observations about public engagement. Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings or promotional activities. Follow company guidelines when communicating information to customers and the public. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal abilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks. Comfortable interacting with different audiences. Willingness to learn public relations practices and company procedures.
