Residential Service Electrician

- Start your day from home, dispatched directly to your first call.
- Diagnose and resolve residential electrical issues.
- Present repair or replacement options to homeowners and complete the work or pass to our Install team.
- Take detailed notes and pictures to upload into Service Titan.
- Make recommendations for other work opportunities such as HVAC, plumbing and attic insulation.
- When applicable, turn leads over to other Village departments and earn 4% of any sales from your leads.
- Offer the Village Partner Plan (our maintenance plan) to potential new members or renew existing members.
- Collect for all completed jobs and turn payments into Village office in a timely manner.
- Prior experience as a residential service electrician.
- Current TDLR Electrical License (Residential Wireman or higher)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Bonus points for: Service Titan experience, sales background, or generator installation expertise.
- Weekly pay with direct deposit.
