Pay

$18~$26 per hour

Job Description

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Mondau: Closed
Tuesday- Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: 7 AM- 1PM (We only work 2 Saturdays a month)
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts
