Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.

- Shift Supervision: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring all staff adhere to service standards.
- Team Leadership: Support and train new staff members, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Sales Maximization: Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Previous experience as a bartender or server in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to supervise a team and handle shift responsibilities effectively.
