• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver menu items in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests quickly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area
• Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting tables between guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to provide smooth service
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions with professionalism
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive guest experience

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed
• Basic math skills and comfort handling payments
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive approach to guest service
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
