THE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM?

The training program lasts 1 year and consists of 5 midweek physical training sessions . After each module, you spend 2 months in the store where you apply everything you have learned during the week. The training takes place over 5 individual weeks at a fun location and is followed by all trainees. You stay overnight with your colleagues as part of the team building.

During your work in the store :

• Manage and coach the team with the Store Manager
• Monitor the store's KPIs and create an action plan for improvements
• Ensure the correct implementation of new procedures and concepts in the store
• Exude positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• Make sure the store always looks tip-top
• Ensure good inventory management
• Identify the development needs of colleagues and provide them with the right training together with the Store Manager

The ultimate goal of the training is that you are prepared for future challenges as a District Manager after the traineeship.

Recruitment procedure for JYSK Belgium:
