Business Analyst

Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand business needs, clarify priorities, and translate requirements into actionable solution direction. Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements for SIS and related digital products and services. Create clear documentation, features, acceptance criteria, data needs, and supporting analysis to guide delivery teams through design, development, testing, and implementation. Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and feedback collection to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives and improve customer, dealer, and employee experiences. Requirements Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production. Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others. Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Knowledge of Agile practices and approaches, preferably SAFe. Proven ability to build strong business partner relationships. Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. Understanding technical designs and solution tradeoff.
