Business Analyst

Responsibilities Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications Understand our business and technology environments, applications, and processes to gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements Communicate with external and internal customers to analyze current issues and deliver solutions and guidance Perform or coordinate testing, track bugs and change requests, and help triage production issues Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role Curiosity and willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
