Position Details Working Title: Compliance and Risk Analyst Classification: ANALYST II Salary Range: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per annum. Number of Positions: 1 Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: Hybrid – up to two days remote, remaining onsite. Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. Job Description And Duties The Enterprise Compliance, Risk, and Governance Division / Compliance Disclosure Services Unit seeks an Analyst II to build compliance and ethics awareness and support CalPERS mission. Knowledge of the Political Reform Act, Fair Political Practices Commission, CalPERS Conflict of Interest Code, and other CalPERS policies. Administration of a secure filing system for Statements of Economic Interests. Use analytical techniques to resolve problems, provide conflict‑of‑interest analysis, prepare reports, and make recommendations. Analyze data and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing. Consult with and advise customers on a wide variety of subject‑matter areas. Telework Information This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, with up to two days of remote work per week. Sponsorship Requirements Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification must be included in the application package to demonstrate how you meet the MQs. If using education to meet MQs, include transcripts. For degrees earned outside the United States, submit an evaluation to determine U.S. equivalency.
