Our top-notch team comes up with simplified technology-driven solutions for all the complex problems being tackled by all those different projects. Job Description Techception is looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An ideal customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills. Job Responsibilities Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Requirements Good communication skills (US English Accent) The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and practices A minimum Bachelor’s degree or experience/certifications can exempt someone from the minimum required qualifications Salary & Benefits Market Competitive Salary Performance Bonus, Annual Paid Leaves #J-18808-Ljbffr
