Position Overview We are seeking a Member Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to club members and staff at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. What You’ll Do As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the face of the club, creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests. You’ll assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing front desk operations, supporting club cleanliness, and promoting programs like group fitness and tanning. You’ll help with new member enrollments and keep the club “grand-opening ready.” What Success Looks Like Members and guests are greeted quickly with a genuine smile, have smooth check-ins, and receive helpful support, leading to high satisfaction. Membership, retail, tanning, and program promotions hit or exceed targets with strong guest-to-member conversion and metrics. Front desk runs efficiently: phones answered professionally, issues resolved or escalated promptly, procedures followed with minimal errors. Desk and lobby stay clean, organized, and prepared; proactive cleaning and resets as needed. Leaders and teammates see you as reliable, detail-oriented, upbeat, and aligned with Crunch service standards. About You You are optimistic, persuasive, and communicate effectively in a demonstrative, instructional style. You enjoy harmony, prefer being the information facilitator, are energetic with varied tasks, value tidy work, and respond well to direction and structure. You become more confident with process familiarity. Responsibilities Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and engage according to Crunch SLA. Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales. Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare. Support new member enrollment, guest conversion, and related standards. Check in all members and guests per procedures; resolve check-in alerts. Answer phones courteously and professionally. Communicate special events to members and guests. Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager. Maintain a professional and courteous disposition. Be an expert in club facilities, services, programs, and hours. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Navigate all front desk stations, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales. Assist with cleaning beyond shift duties to keep the facility grand-opening ready. Perform opening and closing checklists and duties. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position (preferred). Effective communication, and reading and writing skills. Strong customer service orientation. CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire). Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking as part of daily duties. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Travel No travel required.
