About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of accelerating nonprofit success. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong management background, capable of setting strategic direction and building organizational capacity. This role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, the ability to bridge the gap between nonprofit and business communities, and a commitment to sustaining the trust and quality that define the organization. The CEO will be responsible for shaping the future of the company, delivering on current priorities, and ensuring that the organization meets and exceeds its development goals. The ideal candidate will be a visible and deeply networked presence, with the ability to convert relationships into partnerships and sustained revenue. They must also bring operational discipline to the role, sharpening service lines, and ensuring the infrastructure needed to deliver on member commitments. The President and CEO will serve as a trusted partner and spokesperson for the social sector, strengthening connections with various stakeholders and prioritizing the well-being of the nonprofit community.
