Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the diabetes educator team at the Diabetes and Endocrinology Center. The role supports collaboration with endocrinologists to deliver high-quality patient education in 1:1 and group settings. The position requires a BSN, CT RN licensure, BLS, and CDCES (or progress toward it within 2 years). Travel to Hartford and Enfield offices is expected.
