Traveling Superintendent - Restaurant Construction

Job Overview Based in Florida, we are a well‑established builder specializing in restaurant and convenience store construction. This includes national brands such as Chick‑Fil‑A, Chipotle, Wawa, 7‑Eleven, Aldi, Burlington Coat Factory and more. We are hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead projects across the Southeast and East Coast. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year. Benefits: Competitive base salary plus bonuses, comprehensive 401(k), vehicle allowance, cell phone allowance, per diem and other travel perks. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects as a Superintendent for a general contractor, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control across commercial restaurant and convenience store builds. Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor. Experience with commercial construction projects. Ability to travel extensively, primarily on the East Coast, especially the Southeast. Preferred: Experience with restaurant or c‑store construction projects. Preferred: ProCore experience.
