The Experienced Construction Superintendent oversees various construction projects of varying sizes, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and project requirements. This role requires close supervision on-site and direct reporting to the project owner, emphasizing the importance of hands-on management and clear communication.

Looking to hire for our Fort Lauderdale project the first week of July.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure project progress and compliance
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the owner on project status
• Coordinate with teams to maintain quality assurance standards
• Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
• Address and resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Must Have Drywall Experience
