Associate Scientist, Post Doc Fellow- Systems Immunology

Postdoctoral research fellow position in systems immunology focused on vaccine adjuvant development through integrated cellular and computational approaches. The role involves designing immune assays, developing predictive models, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams at a major pharmaceutical research facility.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute in vitro studies investigating adjuvant mechanisms and immune polarization
- Develop primary immune cell co-culture models and evaluate antigen-adjuvant stimulation responses
- Characterize cellular and transcriptional responses using flow cytometry and transcriptomic approaches
- Apply laboratory automation to develop and validate predictive models of immune responses
- Publish research findings and present results at scientific conferences
Requirements
- PhD in immunology, systems biology, bioengineering, computational biology, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with primary immune cell culture and functional cellular assays
- Demonstrated scientific achievement through publications, manuscripts, or presentations
- Experience characterizing immune responses using flow cytometry or multiplex cytokine assays
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for interpreting complex biological datasets
- Ability to work safely with human biological specimens under BSL-2 practices
- Clear scientific communication skills in oral and written formats
Compensation: $82,000–$92,000
