Powersports Technician

Agri Center is looking for an experienced *Powersports Technician* to join our growing team. At Agri Center the Powersports Technician provides exceptional customer service through the servicing of powersports vehicles.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

* Recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as coordinated with the Service Manager and Powersports Sales Team.
* Promptly diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed.
* Perform inspections as needed.
* Repair, service, or assemble any powersports vehicle.
* Awareness of parts inventory needs to insure prompt repair.
* Stay up to date on product bulletins and technical product changes.
* Maintain a safe work environment and safe work habits.
* Perform additional duties as determined by Service Manager or Powersports Sales Team.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED.
* Knowledge of powersports vehicles, including Can-Am and Polaris.
* Strong communications skills.
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house software.
* Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures.
