Physical Therapist (PT)Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client's growing Outpatient team. Compensation: $48.00 to $51.00/hour (W-2)Location: Seattle, WA 98107Schedule: 4×10-hour days preferred; 5×8-hour days also availableDuration: 6+ Months (Contract to hire)Shift: Between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PMInterview: In-person or VideoKey Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting.Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.Utilize Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT/McKenzie Method) in patient care.Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and educate patients on home exercise programs.Requirements:Active Washington State PT License.2+ years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions.Considerable experience with the McKenzie Method/MDT.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
