How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Improves patient safety by coordinating objective case reviews and identifying risks for proactive process improvements.
• Delivers data-driven feedback to clinicians to support ongoing quality improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards to protect hospital licensing.
• Supports physician privileging and credentialing by organizing performance data and peer review

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• RN, APP, PA or similar license/degree path preferred.
• Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department or Neuro preferred
